Studio Availability & Guidelines



Assistant Availability:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Studio Hours:

• Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Info:

• You may bring your own props

• Assistant will help with general cleaning

• If the studio becomes excessively messy, the photographer is responsible for helping clean up

Studio Rental Terms and conditions

Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session
• Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of your session
• No call / no show will result in loss of deposit

Time Policy

• Your session time begins at your scheduled time, not arrival
• Late arrivals will not be extended
• Overtime will be charged if available

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
• One reschedule allowed per booking (deposit transfers once)

Studio Use

• Studio must be used respectfully at all times
• Only agreed number of people allowed per session
• No smoking, drugs, or illegal activity

Cleanliness & Damages

• Basic cleaning is included
• If excessive mess is made, client must assist with cleanup
• Any damages to equipment, props, or backdrops must be paid for

Props & Equipment

• You may bring your own props, or use props available at our studio
• Use all studio equipment and props at your own risk

Liability

• Studio is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items
• Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times

Content & Conduct

• No inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content allowed
• Photographer must maintain professional behavior at all times

Agreement

Booking confirms you agree to all terms and conditions listed above
